my mentors

Wisdom begins in wonder and grows through a lifetime of learning

teachers I have worked with and respect

Some people teach with wisdom, humility, and real care. They do not lead from ego, but from lived experience, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others grow.

These are the teachers and mentors I trust.

Their work has supported my path, deepened my understanding, and offered sincere guidance.

Reverend Meg

Reverend Meg works as an international spiritual counselor, licensed psychic medium, and spiritual educator, with training through the Chapel of Awareness and additional study in EFT and holistic wellness.

Some people get hung up on the title “Reverend,” but in my experience she’s simply one of the most caring humans, and her guidance is steady and trustworthy. Reverend Meg continues to help me find my footing on this spiritual journey with honestly, clarity, and integrity.

What I especially appreciate are that her offerings are genuinely accessible, both one-on-one and in groups. She also has several free resources, two good entry points are her Boundaries Workshop and Love Your Damn Self meditation.

Mary Lambert

Mary’s Everybody Is a Babe Voice Lessons have helped me grow in ways I didn’t even know to look for, music, artistry, and body-positive confidence all braided together.

I genuinely love working online with Mary, and I leave each lesson feeling inspired, steadier, and more creatively alive. My entire life, I did not know I could sing with my ‘head voice’ but it only took two lessons for her to show me my new superpower!

Mary has a rare gift for helping you discover what you don’t know you don’t know, without ever making you feel small.

Seattle Sound Temple

Seattle Sound Temple is devoted to healing through sound, vibration, and spiritual remembrance.

Irene Ingalls, founder and owner, brings together many years of sound healing practice, study with respected teachers, and a deep connection to mystery school teachings, energetic healing, and sacred site work.

Karen Knight brings her own strong musical foundation, sound healing training, Reiki, and a thoughtful, intuitive approach to helping people connect with the right singing bowls and sound tools for their path.

When I attended The Art of Sound Healing in summer 2025, I left with so much more than I expected, something much deeper. The real healing, for me, is through singing to others and to myself.

The instruments add to it, but discovering that I can help heal someone with just my own voice felt powerful, amazing, and life changing.

Seattle Sound Temple offers more than technique, it opens the door to vibrational healing and sacred sound. Here you can discover that your own voice may be one of the most powerful healing instruments you already carry.

seattle sound temple is where I found my crystal bowls

Seattle Sound Temple is where I’ve personally selected my crystal bowls. Being able to hear and feel them in person, and match them to what I already have, made a noticeable difference in how they resonate and work together.

I’ve worked with both in-person and pre-selected online bowls, and the difference in how they resonate together is noticeable. If you’re looking for crystal bowls, I recommend working with a place where you can experience them directly rather than purchasing a pre-selected set online.
