classes that have helped me grow in real and lasting ways

creative wisdom and meaningful guidance

I’m sharing this living list of online classes, workshops, and programs that have genuinely helped me learn, grow, and deepen my path.

Some offered practical tools. Some opened new perspectives. Some supported healing, voice, creativity, or spiritual understanding. These are the ones that felt meaningful, well-taught, and truly worthwhile.

Peruquois

Peruquois has a fascinating life story, and she is deeply devoted to helping women reclaim their voice, body, and divine feminine through powerful work focused on the womb, vocal expression, and feminine awakening. I’ve taken several of her online offerings, including Vocal Yoga and Wake Up Your Womb, and found them rich, heartfelt, and deeply resonant.

I especially appreciate the way she brings together voice, healing, sensuality, and presence in a way that feels embodied rather than performative. Her work may be especially meaningful for anyone exploring feminine expression, emotional healing, or the connection between voice and the body.

I also recommend this interview on YouTube if you feel drawn to her work: The Root Cause of Your Illness – You’ve Been Silent Too Long. Your Voice Is the Cure! by Mira and Sisters. Trigger warning: sexual abuse, abortion.

Annette Høst’s seiðr – magic in Norse tradition

Annette Høst offers a thoughtful and deeply grounded introduction to seiðr and Norse magical tradition. I’m drawn to her work because it feels clear, rooted, and close to the old ways without becoming dramatic or performative. Her approach carries a steadiness that I really appreciate.

As Annette says, “keep it simple, keep it shamanic, keep it close to nature.” That spirit comes through beautifully in her teaching. She explores seiðr as a magic of fate and the woven web of wyrd, while also drawing on historical sources such as the Icelandic sagas, the Poetic Edda, and archaeology.

What I value most is that she does not only focus on history for its own sake. She also speaks to what it means to practice modern seiðr in a way that is respectful, informed, and genuinely connected to nature, spirit, and tradition.

the shift network

The Shift Network is a large online learning platform that brings together many teachers, healers, and guides across a wide range of spiritual, transformational, and personal growth topics. I appreciate it as a place where you can explore different teachings and discover voices that truly resonate with your own path.

It can be especially helpful for people who are still exploring, as well as for those who enjoy learning from a variety of teachers and approaches in one place. The platform offers a broad mix of classes, so there is room to follow your curiosity while also finding practical support and inspiration.

Two offerings I especially enjoyed there are Green Witch Path to Self-Discovery and Secrets of the Witch’s Cauldron: Everyday Rituals, Spells, and Divination for Spiritual Growth.
